She was No.4, in her  WTA ranking , that's the last thing I knew. & now...she moved two steps up to No. 2! Good one  Maria Sharapova .  This is the highest that she got so far since 2008.  For those who don't know and who are not a fan... MaSha  was a former World No.1 in Women's Tennis.  One of the highlights of her career is when she defeated Serena Williams for her 1st Grand Slam title. She won one Wimbledon, one US Open and one Australian Open. To be honest, I only became aware of her when at that time, I discovered that she was the World No.1 in Women's Tennis.  I hope this will be a great come back year for her. Our speaker on the second day (Sept. 26) of the 1st UNP Constitutional Convention on Campus Advising & Student Leadership, Professor RJ Molano from De La Salle University(DLSU), grouped us into seven. It is not yet official, so, don't be too excited! According to the Guinness World Records , they are still waiting for further evidence so they can verify that the previous record has really been broken. When it will finally be official, the Filipinos will be so happy with this new record. I'm actually proud of this saltwater crocodile -who already has a name(Lolo)- afterall, it is the one that would hold the current record (not the people). But, we have to acknowledge those who manage to capture it. I mean, they surely exerted so MUCH effort since it is so heavy and large. Kudos to you fellow Filipinos! To be honest, when I hear about his news, it reminded me of the movie Lake Placid . This movie is so 'fun' to watch, considering how gruesome to see people being eaten by monstrous crocodiles.
